Ronaldsway Airport

The Isle of Man Airport, also known as Ronaldsway Airport, is the main civilian air hub on the Isle of Man. It is located near Castletown, seven miles southwest of Douglas. The airport has extensive connections to many major airports in the UK, Channel Islands, Ireland and further afield. Most airlines operate daily flights with some connections from Northwest England taking less than 30 minutes.

There is one small, well-appointed terminal at the airport which has a selection of restaurants, a shop, bar and cafe. There is a post office and public phones located throughout the building, which accept coins, calling cards and credit cards. The airport also has wireless internet access in its departure lounge and eating area.

Bus routes 1 and 2 pickup outside the terminal, operating daily between Douglas, Santon, Ballasalla, Castletown, Port Erin and other locations in between. Bus 8 also runs Mondays through Saturdays between Peel, Foxdale and Port Erin. There is a taxi stand waiting outside the entrance of the building, which can take you to most destinations in the Isle of Man that are covered by fixed tariff charge.
