A passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended length of stay is required by all nationals. No vaccination certificates are required to enter the Isle of Man.

Health and Safety

The Isle of Man’s Health Service is not part of the UK’s National Health Service and, with the exception of emergencies, visitors to the island must pay for any treatment received. It is therefore advised that all travelers ensure they have proper medical insurance. This should cover any treatment costs, as well as repatriation to the UK by air should that prove necessary.

The Isle of Man has a low crime rate and visitors are generally safe to go anywhere on the island without concern. However, petty theft does occur and any place where a lot of alcohol is being consumed is always a potential flash-point.
