Amphitheater at Aaron Bessant Park

Panama City Beach has completed a new amphitheater stage at Aaron Bessant Park, a short stroll from the Gulf of Mexico and visitor favorite Pier Park. The 7,500-person facility includes an expansive green lawn, dressing rooms, ample equipment storage and caters to big name acts and local performers in an intimate open-air atmosphere.

Stand Up Paddleboard Fishing

Panama City Beach in is known for its superior stand up paddleboarding and fishing – it was only a matter of time before the two pastimes were combined. Currently, guides offer groups of anglers the opportunity to experience the thrill of catching redfish, kingfish and even sailfish from their paddleboards.

Panama City Beach Conservation Park

The newly opened 2,900-acre Conservation Park offers dozens of miles of hiking and biking trails, complete with boardwalks reaching across cypress ponds and wetland areas. Educational signposts make this area a must-see for families, and trail loops range from half a mile, to 12-miles in length, making finding the right trail for your group easy. Great for bird-watchers, nature enthusiasts, joggers, bicyclists, and hikers.

Paradise Adventures Catamaran

This new 52-ft sailing catamaran offers a great tour of the bay and gulf for adventure seeking guests. Bring your friends – the boat holds over 50 people on its spacious deck, and offers sunning nets, and a shaded cockpit and bar area.

Firefly Restaurant Expansion

Having served United States presidents and Olympic athletes, this favorite of seasonal foodies is expanding their focus to include a new sushi bar and four private dining rooms.
