Tour Description
Argentina offers an incredible sort of landscapes to discover. Argentina is a land of extremes: its hectic urban centers contrast with a staggeringly remote hinterland. The country can be simultaneously hot in one region and cold in another. It is Argentina's natural history that truly astounds. It is so topographically diverse that there is something for everyone. Come explore Buenos Aires, arguably the most cosmopolitan city in all South America, where you'll explore the major sights and landmarks of this fascinating city. Then, on to El Calafate- the gateway to Glaciers National Park, where you'll admire the Perito Moreno Glacier, an imposing river of ice and make a "mini-trek" over the glacier. And finally, Iguazú Falls, where you will marvel at the spectacular falls and admire the whole system of more than 270 falls and where you will see many species of wildlife.
Itinerary
Day 01-Buenos Aires, Argentina
Today after clearing customs & immigration formalities at Buenos Aires Airport, you will be met and transferred privately to your hotel for check-in.
Buenos Aires continues to be a wonderful combination of sleek skyscrapers, ornate friezes and turn-of-the-last-century grandeur - at once ultrachic and tumbledown, up-to-date and firmly planted in the past. Even before the recent financial troubles, there was always a spirit of malaise in B.A., as it is affectionately known locally, which may help explain the devotion to that bittersweet expression of Argentine popular culture, the tango. Performed in the streets, on stages, in cafes, the sorrowful and romantic nature of the dance is integral to the city.
Urban, avant-garde and cosmopolitan, the Vista Sol Hotel is living evidence of what the Argentine capital has always been like. The hotel is strategically located in the center of Buenos Aires, near the major tourist attractions and, through its concept, is an attraction in it's own right. Vista Sol's minimalist style, in combination with modern hospitality management technology, gives the hotel a unique character.

In San Telmo there are tango performances on the streets and the neighborhood La Boca is the most colorful neighborhood. The tour is complemented with a visit to Puerto Madero, the newest and most modern neighborhood in Buenos Aires, trendy Palermo, an area of designer shops and lush green parks, and Recoleta, an exclusive and elegant neighborhood where the famous cemetery is found. (Half-day tour, privately guided).
In the evening you will enjoy a spectacular Tango & Dinner Show at Piazzolla Tango! Be mesmerized by this elegant dance and live orchestra in the midst of a magnificent theater while enjoying a delicious three-course dinner.
