You can find your balance and your zen on the calming waters of Maggie Pond during a stand-up paddleboard yoga session with Meta Yoga Studios. Your experienced instructor will guide you through a series of movements designed to stretch muscles, relieve tension from aching joints, and clear your mind. As you breathe in and out, take some time to listen to the waves softly lapping at the shores and the feel of the mountain air on your skin. You’ll feel like a whole new being in no time. Classes are available Thursday through Sunday in the morning from mid-June through late August.
