Content Produced in Partnership with Stein Eriksen Lodge
We’re big fans of saying “yes” to adventure and if you’re headed to Park City, it just got a little bit easier. One of our preferred lodging choices, Stein Eriksen Lodge has partnered with Fins and Feathers to bring the best of Utah’s outdoors to your fingertips. Typically a members only club, lodgers at Stein Eriksen will have unlimited access to exclusive excursions and tours run at the ranch. Activities operate year-round and vary by season. However, they can be completely customized based on your schedule and budget. When you need a break from shredding the slopes, here are a few excursions that you simply cannot miss.
Enjoy 3,500 acres of pristine Utah backcountry in the ultimate off-road experience with a RZR Tour. Scenic mountain peaks, dazzling wildflowers, and a variety of wildlife will be there to greet you as your vehicle climbs and crawls through the rugged terrain. It's what we like to call getting off-the-beaten path.
With guides that know the water better than some of the fish, many of the Fins and Feathers staff spend 365 days a year on the water. Whether you prefer to explore the high alpine lakes and streams or would rather practice your casting on the private pond on the ranch, you can catch a number of native species with the flick of a wrist. Dinner, anyone?
Leave your fun to the dogs this winter. Snuggle down under a warm blanket as a team of huskies takes you on the ride of a lifetime. As you race along rivers and trails, we have a feeling you start imagining what it must be like competing for gold in the Iditarod. Mush!
Whether you’re shooting arrows (what we playfully like to call “Katniss training”) or shooting sport clays, Fins and Feathers is the place to practice your marksmanship. There’s always room to improve your accuracy at the range for any novice or seasoned hunter. We call that a bullseye.
Sure you can shred the slopes on blades or you can slice through the powder on a 500-pound machine. No matter if you prefer to go slow and steady across the area's nature trails or tear through the backcountry at top speeds, a snowmobile tour of Utah is simply unforgettable. You can't do that on the groomers.
