Tour Overview
A full 2-week exploration of Peruvian and Bolivian highlights. Come experience the magic of the Inca Empire's fascinating culture and archeology.

Day 1 La Paz
Arrive in La Paz at any time.

Day 2 La Paz / Tiahuanaco
The bustling market-filled streets of La Paz are unforgettable, where the city's indigenous roots are always on display. The mysterious Tiahuanaco people constructed a great ceremonial centre on the southern shore of Lake Titicaca over 1000 years ago. Spend the morning visiting these fantastic ruins and try to unravel the ancient mystery for yourself.

Day 3 Puno
Enjoy spectacular views of the Altiplano countryside on this full day of travel from La Paz, through the mountains, around Lake Titicaca and on to Puno.

Day 4-5 Lake Titicaca / Taquile Island (L,D,B)
Embark on a boat trip to visit the Uros people and Taquile and Amantani island, then immerse yourself in Peruvian rural life with a homestay in a small local village.

Day 6-7 Cuzco
Enjoy spectacular views of the countryside while travelling from Puno to Cuzco through the high Altiplano region. With a friendly, colonial atmosphere, Cuzco offers nearby Inca ruins, cobblestone streets, museums, markets and churches.

Day 8 Ollantaytambo
Travel with our local guide through the Sacred Valley to Pisac and the picturesque town and Inca ruins of Ollantaytambo.

Day 9-12 Inca Trail to Machu Picchu (3B,3L,3D)
Begin a once in a lifetime journey on the ancient trail of the Incas with a morning trip to km 82, where our hike starts. Local porters and guides ensure that the trip is worry-free. Fascinating ruins and spectacular mountain scenery fill every day of the hike. On the final day, climb the steps to Intipunku, the 'Sun Gate', to watch the sunrise over Machu Picchu. Return to Cuzco on Day 12.

Day 13 Cuzco
Relax and explore the sights and sounds of Cuzco. Rafting, horseback riding and mountain biking are all possible options.

Day 14 Lima
Fly back to the coast and the capital, Lima. The city offers many interesting museums and neighbourhoods to explore. Celebrate our final night out with one last Pisco Sour.

Day 15 Depart Lima
