Special purchases include local and provincial handicrafts. The best markets in Saint John are between Charlotte and Germain streets, forming the Old City Market. This is open Monday to Saturday. Moncton's major mall is Champlain Place, and Fredericton's biggest shopping center is Regent Mall.
Shopping hours: Mon-Sat 0900-1730; 1000-2200 in most malls. In some areas, stores are also open limited hours on Sundays.
