Southampton Tours

Walking Tours
Southampton is relatively easy to explore on foot, with all the main attractions concentrated around the city center and harbor areas. Free guided heritage tours run every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday morning at 1030 and at 1430 during the month of August. They start from the historic Bargate. Private walks can be arranged through the Southampton Tourist Guides Association (www.stga.org.uk) and are available in several languages – contact the organization for more details. The Tourist Information Center has a range of booklets about self-guided walks, including the Titanic Trail.
