Tintero
This beachside Málaga classic specializes, like so many around here, in fried fish dishes. But you don’t order them; the waiters bring plates out of the kitchen in a constant stream. If you want it, call out and take it from them. Very loud but lots of fun.

Nightlife
Nightlife in Málaga buzzes after dark all year round, with most action taking place around the Plaza del Merced and Plaza Uncibay, where the city's most popular bars are located. In summer at the weekends and holidays there is also a lively young beach nightlife scene at Malagueta and Pedragalejo. A lively bar scene can be found weekends on the tucked-away Plaza del Vado del Maestre just off Calle Calderería in the heart of the old town, where the clientele of several bars mingle on the small square.
