Vanuatu Ocean Swim
June 1, 2011 - May 31, 2011
The inaugural swim in 2002 attracted 38 competitors, now more than 200 compete each year. The swim raised the interest in fitness among locals who can be seen diving into the harbor weekdays at lunchtime and on Saturday mornings. This club is called the ‘Port Vila Masterbathers’.
Tusker 6kg Easter Challenge

Vanuatu offers some of the best reef and deep sea fishing in the South Pacific with many records broken in competitions. There are other fishing tournaments held throughout the year (Marlin Classic in May, Three Species Challenge in July, Dogtooth in September and Gamefish Classic in November).
Kiwani’s Race Week

This charity event is the only annual race meeting in Vanuatu. Thursday is the Race Ball, Friday sees The Calcutta and Saturday is Race Day. Lots of color, excitement, ‘fashions in the field’ and smiling locals who take your bet and wish you good luck.
Tusker Vanuatu Golf Open
August 1, 2012 - August 31, 2012
Held in late August annually, the field is open to visitors providing proof of handicap. The Port Vila Golf and Country Club is an excellent 18-hole golf course. Measured in meters, it has a driving range and Australian handicapping and general rules of golf apply.
