Tour Overview
The real beginnings of Southern Italy start in the Campania region, a sought-after place since the Romans named it 'happy land'. From our hotel in the quiet village of Bomerano, we visit the famous sites in the Bay of Naples including the extraordinary classical ruins of Herculaneum, stunning Mt Vesuvius and the fascinating city of Naples. On the other side of the Sorrento Peninsula we explore Amalfi, one of Europe's most dramatic stretches of coastline. Its towering cliffs and picturesque coves impress all, whether travelling to Capri by boat, walking the wonderful 'Walk of the Gods' to Positano or visiting incredibly romantic Ravello.
