1. SCHEDULE: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), January 30, 2007 and ends at 11:59 pm EDT, March 3, 2007.
2. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. Contest open to all U.S. residents aged 21 or above (including U.S. Military Personnel station overseas). Employees of Tourism Quebec, and its affiliated agencies, suppliers and members of the immediate families or households of such employees are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is governed by the U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. HOW TO ENTER: On the official entry screen at www.iexplore.com/sponsor/Quebec, enter :

All fields must be filled in. Any registration form received that is not properly or completely filled in will be automatically removed from the drawing. Tourism Quebec and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes or by human error which may occur in the process of the entries in this sweepstakes. Tourism Quebec reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if they determine, in their sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of the promotion. If the sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.iexplore.com/sponsor/Quebec. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if prize is won, it will be awarded to the registered user provided the registered user meets the eligibility requirements. Limit one entry per email address.
4. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about March 5, 2007 from among all eligible entries received by Tourism Quebec, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the judge’s decision. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified on or about February 7, 2007, by email, mail and/or telephone.
5. PRIZES: $2,500.00 redeemable towards purchasing of the Quebec-Multisport trip (#53883). Travel must be booked online through iExplore.com. Retail value $2,500.00. All incidental expenses not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Travel must be booked before 08/01/07.
6. GENERAL: All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizewinner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 5 days of date notice is sent or Prize will be forfeited. Guest must be 21 years of age or over and must execute and return the liability/publicity release prior to travel. In the event of non-compliance the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Any prize notification returned to Tourism Quebec as undeliverable may result in forfeiture and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. No responsibility assumed for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due prize claims. The winner of the Prize agrees to the use of his/her name and/or photograph by Tourism Quebec for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. By entering, participants release, indemnify and hold harmless Tourism Quebec, its advertising/promotional agencies, and the respective employees, officers, directors and agents of the above entities from and against any and all liability, claim or expense for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. No prize transfer or substitutions except as determined by Tourism Quebec due to unavailability. No cash alternative for prize.
