The Chestnut Hill Lodges are our newest accommodations and are grand by any standards. The master bedroom suite has a king size bedroom with private bath on the ground level and a second bedroom upstairs with two queen size beds and a private bath. In addition, there is a loft room upstairs with several bunk beds for children or extra guests. The grand living room/dining room of the suite features a vaulted ceiling and a cozy fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a comfortable pullout sleep sofa by the fireplace for even more sleeping space. In addition, there is a half bath for the living room. Each villa features a living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a screened porch The Villas can easily double as both meeting room and lodging. The two bedroom villas can sleep eight with a king size bed, two double beds, and a pullout sleep sofa. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath. No rollaway allowed. Sleeps 8.

Each villa features a living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a screened porch The Villas can easily double as both meeting room and lodging. Guarantee Policy

All reservations require a deposit according to the below schedule.5/1 - 10/31 - 200USD per room11/1 - 12/15 and 3/1 - 4/30 - 100USD per room12/16 - 2/28 - 100USD per room for midweek stays and 200USD per room for weekend/holiday stays.

Cancellation Policy
