Take Exit 177B-A Alexandria. Follow Route One N, turn right at Franklin Street, left at Washington Street. Travel for approximately 1.5 miles, while moving to the right lane, after passing First Street, right lane becomes access road. Immediately, turn right on Second Street, then left to the BEST WESTERN Old Colony Inn. ·From: Interstate 95 north. After crossing Woodrow Bridge, (drawbridge over Potomac River) take first exit, 177C-Mt Vernon, turn left at first traffic light onto Washington Street. Travel for approximately 1.5 miles, while moving to the right lane.
