And when youve been adequately pampered, venture out to sample the seasons in winter, ski at some of Vermonts best resorts Mount Snow and Haystack at your feet and Stratton and Bromley a short drive away. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and sleigh rides round out the winter activities. In the spring, smell the maple in the air as sugaring starts, watch our gardens grow and the green creep up the mountain. In summer, cast for trout, golf on championship courses, marvel at the Marlboro Music Festival, ride a bike down a mountain, or just laze by the pool. Check-in is at 4 00 PM.
