While at the Gatlinburg lodge, take a float on the meandering lazy river, relax by the firepits, or take a dip in the swimming pool that looks upon Mount LeConte. Adjoining rooms cannot be guaranteed and are by request only. Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 12pm. Please check-in at the front desk. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available at 3pm. There may be unavoidable delays due to maintenance or cleaning issues. Adjoining rooms are by request only. Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is $15.00 not including tax. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to check-in, a 15 % cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to check-in, a penalty of cost of first night
