We are a stately Inn located on 190 mountain view acres with six romantic Victorian style cottages and pet friendly available. Each cottage has a bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room with fireplace, decks or patios, color TV and AC. Three have sleeping lofts and have whirlpool bath tubs. Two cottages have private outdoor spas. There are also six romantic rooms in the Main Inn. We are located off the Scenic Route 11 within minutes to some of the finest SC parks. We are in the middle of fox hunting country which takes place in the fall to early spring. Our area boasts golfing, tennis, antiquing, sporting clays, hunting and fishing. The Flatrock Playhouse and The Peace Center offer professional performing arts productions. Or our guests can simply relax and consume the refreshing mountain views from rocking chairs on the porch. My husband Roger and I are former advertising designers and old house restorers, now full-time hosts. We supply a breakfast basket with muffins or croissants, fruit and juice, coffee and all condiments. Check-in is at 7 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
