Seabrook Island is a private resort community just 21 miles from historic Charleston, SC. Edged by uncrowded beaches and pristine sand dunes, this beautiful island is a perfect place for a family, reunion or wedding. Guests can enjoy world-class tennis courts at the Tennis Center and play either of the two verdant golf courses on the island. The Equestrian Center on the island offers both trail rides for all riding levels, and beach rides for more experienced riders. The Bohicket Marina has shopping and dining, and several water tours leave from the docks. Within a short ride, guests can participate in wine tastings or visit the only Tea Plantation in America. Downtown Charleston offers shopping, dining, art, music, dance and theatre only 45 minutes from Seabrook Island. Our villas are between 25 yards and 3 miles from the beach, and offer a respite for guests looking to enjoy the 3-mile expanse of beach bordering the Atlantic Ocean. All properties offer completely furnished living and dining areas, and have fully equipped kitchens. All linens except beach towels are provided and, in most properties, a washer/dryer. Non-smoking properties are available upon request. Check-in is in the Freshfields Shopping Village at 115 Freshfield Dr., Johns Island. The front desk is staffed from 730am-8pm, 7 days a week. Housekeeping is upon departure only. Guests must check in at our office in Freshfields Shopping Village. Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10am. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available before 4pm due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Minimum check-in age is 25. Guests arriving after 8 pm must call our office at 1-843-5000 ext. 3300 before 7 pm the day of arrival to make arrangements for a late check-in. Once a retreat for wealthy Charlestonians, Seabrook Island has been tastefully developed to preserve its seclusion and charm. Seabrook Island features two golf courses, over three miles of pristine beach, and acres of peaceful maritime forest.

- This 1 bedroom oceanview suite has a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mouth of the Edisto River. The villa is outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and furnished deck, and the bedroom has either a king or queen bed.

- These 2 bedroom villas are between 150 yrds and 750 yrds from the beach. Great for families or couples wanting more room, these villas offer kitchens, dining and living areas, and either a deck or screened porch. Views include wooded, fairway and lagoon.
- 2 br/2 bath oceanview villa
- The 2 bedroom villas are across the street from beach access, located in either the Atrium villas or Spinnaker villas, and have partial views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and furnished deck.
