Built in 1890 on a hilltop in Tannersville, New York, Greene Mountain View Inn is a meticulously restored 15 bedroom, well maintained estate. The warmth of the country style interior, the gracious main entrance, private baths, and cozy rooms are all part of the charm. New in January 2007 is our 3-bedroom country home. It includes a full kitchen, wrap around porch, 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi Tub and a wood-burning fireplace.The grounds provide magnificent views of the morning sun rising over a quiet meadow at the left side of the Inn, Cortina Mountain in the distance-with golden sunsets provided in the west, viewing Hunter Mountain. A well-manicured acre of land, surrounded by beautiful flowers and stately pines, offer guests a quiet retreat from which to enjoy the beauty and activities of Greene County.Whether you are joining us for a night or a week, we welcome you to relax and let us pamper you. Enjoy a book by the fire, have a beer on the deck, or simply call a game of pool with another guest. Outdoor activities are abundant. We hope to see you soon. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
