Take Exit 12B for Interstate 495 West/Long Island Expressway West. Merge onto Interstate 495/Long Island Expressway West. Take Exit 16 toward Hunters Point Avenue. Merge right immediately after the off ramp. Continue straight on Hunters Point Avenue, which will turn into 49th Avenue. Turn right onto 21st Street.
