The Carroll Villa is a family owned and operated Bed and Breakfast Hotel and home of the Nationally acclaimed Mad Batter Restaurant and Bar. Our building is a national Historic Landmark, circa 1882, located in the heart of Cape Mays historic district. We are half block from the beach, and Shopping Mall.We are the first national landmark hotel in the historic district to install solar panels. Our focus is to maintain the integrity of the past while looking toward a sustainable future.All rooms have private bath, ac, flat screen tvs.All hotel stays include USD 30 for breakfast, 50 percent off drinks 4-6pm except top shelf and 30 percent off 2 dinner entrees. Check-in is at 2 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
