In order to get a full refund, Customers have to contact the hotel at least 24 hours prier to the check-in time 4:00 PM local hotel time on the day of the arrival, or customer will be charged for one night's stay. And for the reservations made within 24 hours of the check-in time 4:00 PM on the day of the arrival, if request for cancellation is made before the check-in time 4:00 PM, customers will be charged for half of their one night's stay total.
