The Prime Rate Motel is an indoor property which offers clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms at reasonable rates throughout the year. We are located in Burnsville, Minnesota, which is a south suburb of Minneapolis. Our friendly staff can direct guests to many closeby tourist sites such as the Mall of America, the Metrodome stadium, and more. The property has a heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Free wireless internet is also available throughout the building for guest use. Guests are welcomed to unlimited coffee, tea, and hot cocoa 24 hours a day, with donuts and rolls in the morning. We also have many restaurants within walking distance and a 24 hour restaurant next door. Nonsmoking rooms are available with one or two queen beds. Cancellation Policy
