Guarantee Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A deposit of 1 night plus tax is required and will be charged at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations at anytime will incur a 15 USD fee. Must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night plus tax. No-show fee is 1 night plus tax. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.
