The entire 1830s farmhouse is designed with guests comfort in mind. Five quaint bedrooms are furnished with antiques. Two have private baths with fireplaces. Large sitting rooms offer quiet places for reading and listening to music. Guests enjoy a full country breakfast before visiting the many local attractions or hiking the 17-acre award winning tree farm. Local activities include canoeing, bicycling, touring museums and mansions and antique hunting. The B and B was featured on WBZ-TVs Evening Magazine and was named 1987 Massachusetts Tree Farm. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
