Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights not including tax. $25 Bookkeeping Fee if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival. Weekly stays no refund after May 1. Early check out is charged full stay, unless we can rerent all nights.
