Our home is a newly constructed energy efficient traditional-modern hybrid home with salvaged Iowan dark walnut wainscotting in the dining room and receiving area. Each quest room has its own private bathing and restroom suite custom designed by the host, owner and resident architect. Iowa City downtown is a 25-minute walk or 7 minute drive away. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
