Driving Directions from Kona Int?l Airport: Prior to leaving the Kona Int?l Airport, call 808-885-4944 for check-in instructions and the code to open the gate. Turn left (North) onto Queen Kaahumanu Hwy., (Hwy. #19) and drive for 17 miles. Turn left onto Waikoloa Beach Dr. and drive 0.7 miles. Turn right on Keana Place. Keana Place is the 3rd stop sign. There will be a sign for the Vista Waikoloa. Check-In Instructions: Once arrived at the gate for the Vista Waikoloa, enter the gate code. If you do not have the gate code, call the front desk by pressing 222. The office is the first building on the left. If you are arriving after 5:00 p.m. you can pick up your keys in the after hours check-in box located to the right of the front door on the Vista Waikoloa office building. Please come to the office the next day to complete your registration. Should you require additional assistance, please call 808-885-4944. A member of our staff is available 24 hours to assist you. The Vista Waikoloa Check-in Office is open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily and is located at: 69-1010 Keana Place Waikoloa, HI 96738.

Cancel reservations 1 month prior to arrival or pay 50 percent stay w/tax. No show fee: full stay w/tax. Cancellations 31 or more days to arrival are charged USD 50 booking fee. Cancellations 0-30 days to arrival pay 50 percent of stay.
