Please note the following extra fees- Resort Fee- USD 25.00 Cleaning Fee- USD 50.00 for 1 bedroom units, to be charged and collected at check-in by Beachside Colony. Cleaning Fee- USD 125.00 for 2 and 3 bedroom units to be charged and collected at check-in by Beachside Colony. There is a USD 35 non-refundable damage waiver fee that applies to stays of 4 nights and longer. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of reservation. If arriving after hours there is a mailbox conveniently located to the right of the office doors with your check in packet enclosed.
