Everything is in walking distance, the grocery store, restaurants and shopping is just across the street. As well as Deep Sea Fishing, Para sailing, Jet Skiing, Dolphin Cruises, Sunset Cruises and many different island cruises visiting the nearby islands. Best of all we are only 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney and all the Orlando Parks. Deposit: 02Sep2010 to 31Dec2021 - A fixed deposit of $100.00 dollars will be charged at time of booking, which will be applied to your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is $50.00 not including tax. Cancellation will result in penalty of part or full deposit.
