Aqua beach condos are the fulfillment of your beachfront vacation dream. WiFi is available in our lobby area, as well as by the outside cafe and pool area. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that each reservation will be charged a USD 15.00 reservation fee. There is also a USD 59.00 non-refundable damage deposit. Additionally, a cleaning fee of USD 107.00 will be collected. Check-in begins at 3 pm. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If under 25, must be married and submit copy of marriage certificate. Due to high occupancy levels, check-in may be delayed due to cleaning. Check-out is at 10 am. Our office hours are- Summer 8am to 7pm and Fall/Winter 8am to 6pm. If checking in after normal business hours, please call 1-850-235-1501 to obtain your keyless entry codes to the room, the garage, the gates to the beach, and the fitness center. Aqua Resort puts you within strolling distance of the fabulous new Pier Park, a 240 acre, high energy entertainment, dining and retail wonder. Our staff will gladly provide information about the newest vacation attractions, dining and shopping.
