From grabbing one of our beach towels and chairs then heading out to our white sugar sand beach to exploring our unspoiled 7 mile long paradise riding a Haleys bicycle, our guests remark that they feel as if they are staying with friends who own a comfortable beach house. Here at Haleys, you will have the chance to enjoy Florida as it used to be. The old Florida feeling has been carefully captured in our decor and furnishings as we renovated. Our goal is for you to feel right at home and start to enjoy beach living from the moment you step through the door. Haleys offers studios, motel rooms, and one bedroom cottages to suit every guests needs. We can easily accommodate larger parties in our guesthouses that offer a large screened porch. With a friendly, helpful concierge, owner, and staff on premises available to give dining or sightseeing recommendations and directions, the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico steps from your door, lush gardens, plenty of places on property to relax, a sparkling heated pool, and a whole laid back, welcoming island to experience, you have the makings of the perfect vacation. You can easily prepare a meal or just morning coffee if you wish, since every room has a refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, stove or burners, cookware, and serveware. All our rooms offer wireless internet and tvs, some also have dvd players. Haleys is located centrally in the most desirable and quiet part of Anna Maria called Holmes Beach. From here, you can bike or take the free trolley to wonderful dining, shopping, and all kinds of activities. We also offer select dog friendly rooms where your pet will be comfortable and happy. While neither dogs nor bikes are allowed on our ecologically protected beaches, you will find bike trails, a dog park, and a nearby causeway.

Guarantee Policy
Deposit: 18May2011 to 31Dec2020 - Refundable dp of 50 pct of total stay required at time of booking and charged to credit card. Accepted forms of payment are cash, cc, dc, travelers check, money order, personal check, company check, and certified check.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is %15.00 of one night's stay not including tax. Cancel by 230 PM local hotel time at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to 15 percent of your stay.
