South Bay by the Gulf is a beautiful Gulf-front resort located in the heart of Destin. This spacious resort offers over 300 feet of beautiful, private beach. These two and three bedroom units have everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The first floor is home to a fully furnished kitchen, living room/dining room area, a half bathroom and a spacious deck. The second floor has the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each unit also has cable TV and a washer and dryer. Complex amenities include a beautiful five-acre freshwater fishing lake, two pools and two kiddie pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beach volleyball, and BBQ pits. There are world class restaurants and great shopping within walking distance the complex. Check-in is at 842 Highway 98 East. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note the following fees collected at check-in- Cleaning fee of USD 105.00 plus tax Processing fee of USD 30.00 plus tax Damage Waiver fee of USD 9.00 a night plus tax to be collected by LeisureLink with the rent. Check-in at the office located at 842 Hwy 98 East- or 842 Harbor Blvd in some GPSs. Check-in is at 5pm and check-out is at 10am. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays- we ask for your patience. Min. age required at check-in is 25. If you are arriving after 5pm, you will find a key in the lockbox outside the office door. Please call the office at 1-850-837-0010 in advance for the combination.
