Two, three and four bedroom spacious interiors offer a two-story vaulted great room, gas log stone fireplace, hand textured walls, gourmet kitchen, master bedroom suite and guest suites. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. A complimentary winter shuttle service is also available to CrossTimbers guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Check-in is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm, during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. In lieu of the USD 250.00 credit card hold as a security deposit, Property Damage Protection that will cover for incidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00 can be purchased for a one time fee of USD 29.00. Office hours are from 8am-6pm. Cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays. 1 bedroom- USD 20.00, 2 bedroom- USD 35.00, 3 bedroom- USD 50.00. There are no cleaning fees for 3 or more night stays. Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. Have your confirmation number and a valid ID.
