Deposit of one night's lodging due within 10 days of making reservation. Balance due including 12.5% sales tax 30 days prior to arrival. For Holiday Season (Dec 20, 2003-Jan 4, 2004), the balance is due including sales tax 60 day prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 31+ days prior to arrival(61 days for 20dec03-04JAN04 and 15 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): 1 nights rent is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival (60 days for 20DEC03-04JAN04 and 14 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): Full deposit is forfeited.
