Our properties are all individually owned, ensuring that each one has its own style. Groups and weddings are welcome. All properties have clubhouse facilities which can accommodate family-reunion size groups. Some properties also have pools. Dillon condos are located on the lakefront with awesome mountain and lake views. You may find all services such as supermarkets, sporting good stores, local restaurants and breweries, and nightlife. Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site, and we can tell you which complex you are staying in. We attempt to honor all special requests for specific complexes or bedding arrangements, unless we have limited availability. Please note that for one-night stays in 1 and 2 bedroom units, the following cleaning fees are charged- 1 bedroom- USD 80.00, and 2 bedroom- USD 125.00. There are no one-night stays in 3 bedroom units. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Pick up your check-in packet, keys and directions at 350 Lake Dillon Drive. Our office hours are 8am-5pm. Mon.-Sat. and 10am-4pm Sunday. For after-hours check-in, you must call our office during business hours 48 hours in advance to receive the lockbox code. Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site. Dillon is located in the heart of the Colorado mountains on Lake Dillon. Ski resorts, outlet shopping, and five golf courses are all nearby. Be sure to visit the marina and our beautiful parks, which include a summer amphitheater for live music.
