This family owned independent hotel strives to provide the most affordable hotel accommodation to our guests in the entire greater Yuba City area. A newer property, it is very conveniently located right off Highway 99 and Highway 20, the two major state highways that pass through Yuba City. The hotel has interior corridors, elevator and interior staircases on either end of the hotel. Located in the downtown area, the hotel is walking distance to the Yuba City Mall and very close distance to the best restaurants in town. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. All rooms have individual heating and air conditioning, free cable including HBO and ESPN in all rooms. All rooms are wi-fi and all rooms have phones. Local calls are free. Guests can choose from one queen bed or two double beds. The hotel has ADA accessible rooms too. All rooms have electronic key card access and all rooms have either safety latch or deadbolts. Daily housekeeping is available too. The hotels front desk is manned 24 hours a day. Guest may use fax and copy services. Free coffee and continental breakfast. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a hot tub too. Guest laundry facility is available with in house laundry and free dry clesning services. Vending machines are located on both floors of the hotel. There is ample truck parking on site and close to the hotel. We are a pet friendly hotel and we gladly accept up to two, well behaved pets.
