Welcome to the Americas Best Value Inn Lazy J Ranch Three Rivers. All of our guest rooms are ground level, and there are some individual housekeeping cottages. All rooms are ground level, some with fireplaces. We offer free continental breakfast, a guest laundromat, cable TV, coffeemakers, air conditioning, and phones. Pets are accepted for a nominal fee. We are located on 10 acres in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, just below Sequoia National Park. You can enjoy fishing all year round. There is also boating, sailing, waterskiing and swimming in Lake Kaweah.
