We are a charming, restored 1887 Victorian home, located in the heart of beautiful downtown San Luis Obispo. As the only downtown inn, guests may walk to any of a number of restaurants, sightseeing and entertainment venues that the city has to offer. All thirteen rooms have private baths, and are handsomely decorated in individual theme decor. We provide a hearty full-cooked breakfast. Warm your toes around the fireplace in our McCaffrey Library or enjoy the clean, fresh air on one of our outdoor decks. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
