We are in downtown Kernville and have great views of the Kern River and the Southern Sierra Mountains. All 5 guest rooms have private baths and feature river views with either spa showers or fireplaces one room is set up for handicapped useage. The large and airy Dining Room invites relaxed breakfasts. The Sitting Room faces the garden with multiple bird feeders. A country style breakfast offers choices of eggs, fruit, sweet breads and freshly brewed coffee and teas. A private parking lot is on-site. Check-in is at 3 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
