The Shores offers one bedroom studios, two and three bedroom condos. Both indoor and outdoor pools, BBQ, state of the art fitness center, sauna, steam room and whirlpool are all included. Units are beautiful inside and out and include granite countertops, flat screen televisions, free broadband Internet and more. All two and three bedroom units have spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf. One bedroom units are compact, and do not include balconies or have an ocean view, but are a great choice for the value-conscious traveler who prefers to spend most of their time at the pools or on the beach. Opened in 2008, the Shores provides the finest in everything, from the moment you arrive, you will know you have made the right choice, and once you stay, you will want to return again and again. Please note that the minimum age required at check-in is 21. Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay a damage deposit of USD 500.00. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of the room. Office hours are as follows, 8am-5pm Sunday and Monday through Friday, and 8am-8pm Saturday. Please note, pets are not allowed on the property. No boats, trailers or RVS may be parked at the resort. Early check-outs will not result in partial refunds. Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay a damage deposit of USD 500.00. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of the room. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Please check-in at lobby on level 3. Min. age at check-in is 21.
