- These spacious villas range in size from 1739 sq. ft. to 2631 sq. ft All villas have at least 3 bedrooms, with a minimum of 4 beds (king in the master bedroom, one queen bed in the second room, and two single beds in the third bedroom). All rooms also have a double pull out sofa. Includes a full kitchen, with dining and living room. Includes a minimum of 2 ? bathrooms. Includes laundry facilities inside the unit. If reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 per adult administration fee. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival your deposit (1 night room & tax) will be forfeited.
