The Newton Hotel has 56 rooms and is set in 21 acres of mature parkland and gardens, bordering Nairn Golf Course - host of the Walker Cup in 1999. It was built as a family home in 1872, transformed into a comfortable hotel in 1951 and extended and refurbished in 2002. The Restaurant has a AA Rossette for Food. The Highland Conference Centre offers purpose built facilities for a variety of business functions only 10 minutes from Inverness. Guests have full use of the Leisure Club at the Golf View Hotel, which is only a 5 minute walk. The facilities consist of a 14m indoor pool, spa-bath, sauna, steam-room, solarium, gymnasium and outdoor tennis courts. Health and beauty treatments are available at Madeline Frasers 'Inner Beauty' salon. There are twenty golf courses within 1 hour drive.
