- Three reception rooms in the living quarters of the aristocratic family that used to live in the Chateau now accommodate a top quality a la carte restaurant. Each room is furnished in its own distinctive manner, and in full harmony with the original paint

- Typical Bistro courses (informal). We advise to make lunch and dinner reservations in advance. Baron de Selys de Fanson was St. Gerlachs last resident. His kitchen, dining room and reception room have now been transformed into the cosy Bistrot de Liege.
