The Penta Hotel Trier offers conference rooms for up to 350 participants -4300 ft2-400 m2. The adjoining Europahalle conference center -altogether 21530 ft2-2000 m2- has additional conference rooms for up to 1200 participants. Location Description

Guarantee: 01Jan2001 to 31Dec9999 - Non guaranteed reservations will be held until 6pm on the day of arrival. For late arrival after 6pm we require a credit card or IATA at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel before 6:00 PM of arrival day. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights including tax. Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled until 6 pm on the day of arrival to avoid a penalty of 90pct of the first nights room charges. During designated high seasons
