Cancel 1 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights not including tax. Res must be cxl by noon 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night plus 5 percent local taxes. No-Show fee 1 night plus tax. Exceptions may apply during holidays
