If the music and entertainment were world class the cuisine was not different. The cook Odil Neves Oliveira 72 years old worked in the hotel on the 50s. Thanks to the Casino we had daily movement of people. The Balneario was the living room of Brazil considered the best hotel of South America from the 40s to the 60s. According to Odil there was a chef and an assistant for each section of the kitchen. He used to prepare the fish. It was good to work there because everything was very organized It was common the foundation of entities and companies during events at the Balneario Hotel.
