Take Exit 177B Old Town Alexandria. Make a right on Franklin Street then a left on Washington Street. Travel for approximately 1½ miles, whenever possible get into right lane, after passing First Street, right lane becomes access road. Immediately, turn right, then left to the Best Western Old Colony Inn. ·From: Interstate 95 north. After crossing Woodrow Bridge, (drawbridge over Potomac River) take first exit, 177B-Route 1 North, turn left at first traffic light, onto Franklin Street, then left at next traffic light onto Washington Street.
