Value Place is a short term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay. While many people decide to stay with us for months, many people staying less than one week find us cheaper than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Value Place Harlingen is conveniently located just 5 miles southwest of the Harlingen Arts and Heritage Museum. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
